The restaurant has the “Fait Maison” label, as well as the “Vaud Œnotourisme” certification. These guarantees confirm the positive impression that every customer immediately feels: here, the products are fresh, local and seasonal. Among the specialities: pike quenelles from the nearby Geneva Lake, perch fillets, entrecote on slate or the famous “Comet”, a beef fillet cooked at table in comet butter. The delicious meats are cooked in the fireplace in winter or, in summer, served on the beautiful terrace next to from Geneva Lake. To support these great dishes, the wine list is 90% “Vaud”.

At the heart of La Côte, we decided to serve mainly local wines, treated with respect and passion. Appreciate the know-how of vine growers devoted to their terroir and our service team will be pleased to advise you the wine that best accompanies your meal. Almost all our wines are served in glasses.
As for accommodation, the 16 atypical rooms are all sponsored by a local winegrower, who gives them his name, photos and various objects from his daily life that decorate the place in an authentic and picturesque way. An original way to discover the work of these craftsmen of taste!

In the heart of the charming medieval village of Rolle, Le Resto and L’Hôtel by Hostellerie du Château welcome you to their magnificent 18th century building, which has preserved its original stone walls.
This place, steeped in history, hosted the Anciens Bains de Rolle in 1700. Today, it combines the character of the old with a modern decoration following its renovation in October 2017.
While the fireplaces warm up the winter evenings, the magnificent terrace reveals a breathtaking view of the lake, the medieval castle of Rolle and the Alps.
The Resto offers more than 80 places, divided into 2 rooms: dining room and bar, each with a fireplace where our grills are cooked.
You can discover some of our specialities such as comet beef, entrecote, the famous perch fillets and their homemade fries.
On request, it is possible to privatize a room (60m2 – up to approx. 40 people) for all your occasions: company meals, wedding banquets, aperitifs, wines of honour, funeral glass.

After managing “Le Maître Jaques” restaurant in Nyon for several years, the “Relais de l’Aérodrome” in Prangins, and taking over “Café Vaudois” in Rolle in 2014, Nicoline Anjema Robin with her husband Eddy opened LE RESTO by Hostellerie du Château in November 2017. The Chef of the Café Vaudois, Guillaume Joyeux, leads the kitchen. The whole team is happy to welcome you for a meal or an aperitif.
